Bringing Summit to a group.
Same medical practice, same panel, same standard of care. What changes is who you are bringing it to and how it gets paid for. We build the program around the group rather than forcing a fixed offering on it.
First Responder Program
Police, fire, EMS, dispatch, civilian department staff and spouses. Individuals pay directly, so there is no municipal contract, no budget line, and nothing for a city to approve.

Employees, spouses and contractors. You decide how much of it the company funds, from none of it to all of it, and nothing about the clinical program changes based on who is paying.

A comprehensive panel
52 markers drawn at a LabCorp patient service center, with a provider consult to walk through the results. About fifteen minutes; fasting is preferred, not required.
Nationwide telehealth
Licensed in all fifty states, so care follows someone through a transfer, a move, or a second job in another state. No clinic visit is required at any point.
Nothing reported back
Not names, not results, not who enrolled, not totals in aggregate. Participation is voluntary and individual, and that holds even when the organization is paying.
No insurance involved
No claim is filed and no diagnosis enters a carrier’s records. Both the bloodwork and prescribed treatment are FSA and HSA eligible, with itemized receipts every visit.
Start with a conversation.
No pricing sheet to work through and nothing to sign. We will talk about your group and what would actually help.
