We are a private medical practice. Hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and lab work that goes well past a standard physical. We work with individuals, with corporate groups, and with departments, and we build the program around what the group needs instead of forcing a fixed offering on it. Nothing runs through insurance, nothing requires city approval, and nothing lands on a department’s desk. What we are after is straightforward: an honest picture of what is going on, and relief for people who have been managing without it.
For wellness coordinators, chiefs, and union representatives.
There is no municipal contract, no budget line, no procurement process, and nothing for a city to sign. Individuals pay directly. That keeps the program fast to stand up and keeps it out of policy review.
Every agency is different. Shift structure, age distribution, what the department already offers, and what its people actually need all shape the program. We start with a conversation, not a package.
We report nothing back to any department. Not names, not results, not who enrolled, not totals in aggregate. Participation is voluntary and individual.
What gets tested, what treatment looks like, and what it does not involve. Your department’s wellness contact has the rates.
Testosterone replacement built on a full hormone panel, not a single number. Dosing is set to the individual and adjusted from follow-up labs.
A separate clinical pathway with its own panel and protocol. Perimenopause, menopause, thyroid, energy, sleep, and cycle-related symptoms.
Physician-supervised, built around the metabolic picture from bloodwork rather than a scale number. Medication selection depends on what the individual actually needs.
Peptide therapy, amino acid and vitamin protocols, and injectable nutrient support aimed at recovery, sleep quality, and training load. Options and candidacy are determined with a provider.
45 markers drawn at a LabCorp facility, with a provider consult to walk through the results.
Licensed in all fifty states. No clinic visit is required at any point.
We partner with LabCorp nationwide. A requisition is sent, and the draw happens at a local patient service center. Fasting, roughly fifteen minutes.
A provider sits down with the results and explains what each marker means. Questions are expected. If nothing needs treating, that is the answer given.
If treatment makes sense, a protocol is built to the individual. Everything ships to the door, with ongoing check-ins, refills, and direct access to staff.
Drawn fasting at a LabCorp patient service center. The male and female panels are configured differently.
The core of the panel, and the markers that are least useful in isolation. Your provider reads the relationships between them, not any single number.
Thyroid symptoms and low testosterone symptoms are close to identical. Measuring both in one draw is what stops one being mistaken for the other.
Baseline and ongoing monitoring, particularly before starting testosterone therapy. Men's panel.
Iron deficiency causes fatigue and brain fog that look like hormonal symptoms. Women's panel.
The red cell markers here are the primary safety group monitored on testosterone therapy. They are the reason follow-up bloodwork exists.
A baseline on kidney, liver and electrolyte function before any long-term medication, and the context that makes later changes interpretable.
Metabolic health and hormone health are tightly linked. Insulin resistance suppresses SHBG and travels with lower testosterone.
Several of these produce fatigue that looks like a hormone problem. Ruling them in or out in the same draw is worth doing.
Tap any marker to read what it measures and why it is in the panel.
Every patient has our full medical team behind them for as long as they are with us. Questions, concerns, side effects, dosing adjustments, or anything that comes up between visits — you reach a real person on our staff.
There is no limit on how often you can ask, and no charge for asking.
Not names, not results, not who enrolled, not totals in aggregate. If a chief, an owner, or an HR director asks how many people enrolled, the answer is that we cannot say. Participation is voluntary and individual.
Because there is no insurance involved, there is no claim filed and no diagnosis entering a carrier’s records. For anyone whose job depends on medical clearance, that distinction is worth understanding.
This holds even when the organization is paying. That is not a complication we work around. It is the reason the program is credible.
No. The panel is available on its own. If the results do not indicate a problem, that is what you will be told. A great deal of what turns up on these panels is addressed without hormone therapy at all.
The draw takes about fifteen minutes. Results typically return in two to four business days, and the review consult is scheduled around your availability.
It comes down to a simple injection, self-administered at home in under a minute. Everything needed is included, along with clear instructions. Protocols vary somewhat between men and women, and the specifics are set with your provider.
Yes. Treatment is prescribed by a licensed provider based on your labs and dispensed through a licensed pharmacy. Nothing is sold over the counter.
Sworn law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel, and equally telecommunicators and dispatch, civilian department staff, and spouses.
Yes, at any time. There is no contract and no enrollment period. If you choose to discontinue, the provider will walk you through how to do it properly.
Rates are set per agency and are the same for sworn personnel, spouses, dispatchers, and civilian staff. Your department’s wellness contact will have the current rates, or book a call and we will walk through them.
Both the bloodwork and the prescribed treatment are FSA and HSA eligible. We provide itemized receipts with every visit, so pre-tax dollars can be used for the whole program. Most people do not know this applies, and it is the single largest reduction in what the program actually costs.
No pricing sheet to work through and nothing to sign. We will talk about your group and what would actually help.
