Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for Men
Low energy, a shorter fuse, workouts that don't bounce back the way they used to, less interest in sex, trouble focusing in the afternoon. Men bring us some version of that list every week. Those symptoms can have many causes. Low testosterone is one of them, and the only way to know is to test. That's where testosterone therapy at Summit starts.
Are you experiencing any of these?
- Low energy
- Loss of muscle
- Poor sleep
- Low libido
- Loss of focus
- Erectile dysfunction
- Mood changes or irritability
- Slower recovery from training
None of these prove low testosterone on their own, which is why we test first.
How TRT works at Summit
Book a free consult.
Call any of our clinics or book online. Our staff answers your first questions and gets your bloodwork scheduled. There's no insurance paperwork, because Summit doesn't bill insurance for hormone replacement therapy.
Comprehensive labs, not a single number.
Your blood is drawn at a Summit clinic or a LabCorp location that's convenient for you. The panel covers total and free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH and prolactin, along with PSA, a CBC, a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipids, A1c, thyroid markers (TSH and T4), vitamin D and DHEA.
A one-on-one provider review.
A licensed provider goes through your results with you, asks about your history, current medications and goals, and explains what the numbers may mean. You can meet in one of our clinics or by telehealth.
An individualized plan, if it fits.
Summit's TRT is for men whose labs confirm low testosterone. If treatment is appropriate, your provider sets an individualized protocol and explains how it works, and your medication, supplies and instructions ship to your home.
Ongoing follow-up.
TRT isn't a one-time prescription. Follow-up labs and check-ins let your provider see how your body is responding and adjust your plan over time.
Straight answers, even when the answer is "not right now"
Summit Rejuvenation has cared for patients since 2018 with one rule: education first, sales second. If your labs don't support testosterone therapy, your provider will tell you that and talk through what else the numbers point to. If they do, you'll know why the plan looks the way it does before you start.
Frequently asked questions
What are the signs I might need testosterone therapy?
Common reasons men reach out include persistent fatigue, a lower sex drive, difficulty building or keeping muscle, more body fat around the midsection, mood changes or irritability, brain fog, poor sleep and lower motivation. These symptoms have many possible causes, so your provider reviews your full lab panel before recommending anything.
Do you accept insurance for TRT?
We don't accept or bill insurance for hormone replacement therapy, so there is no insurance approval to wait on.
Do I have to come to a clinic for every visit?
No. You can meet your provider at one of our clinics or by telehealth, and many follow-ups and check-ins can happen virtually. Medication and supplies ship to your home.
What happens if my testosterone isn't low?
Your provider still reviews your full panel with you and explains what the results show. Summit's TRT is for men whose labs confirm low testosterone, so if TRT isn't a fit, you'll hear that directly, along with what the rest of your labs may be pointing to.
Who oversees my treatment?
Licensed providers on our medical team review your labs, build your plan and monitor your progress with follow-up labs and check-ins.
