Women's Hormone Therapy in Wentzville, MO
For women in Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, O'Fallon, Foristell, Wright City and farther west, Summit's office on West Pearce Boulevard brings hormone care for perimenopause, menopause and the years after close to home. No long drive into St. Louis County, and no one-size-fits-all plan.
When something shifts
Lighter sleep, night sweats, hot flashes, irritability, brain fog, a lower libido or weight that changes even though your routine hasn't: these are common reasons women contact us. They can come from shifting estrogen, progesterone or testosterone, and they can also come from other things. Lab work is how we tell the difference.
Your first steps
01 Your free consult.
Talk with our team in the office or by phone, and we'll set up your bloodwork.
02 Labs at LabCorp.
Your women's panel is Summit's standard 52-marker panel, with cortisol in place of PSA. It measures estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin, cortisol and thyroid markers, along with metabolic, lipid, blood count, iron and vitamin markers. Free testosterone, fasting insulin or IGF-1 can be added on request.
03 An unhurried review.
A licensed provider meets with you in Wentzville or by telehealth to go through your results, your symptoms and your health history.
04 A plan that fits you.
If treatment makes sense, your provider creates an individualized plan that may include estrogen, progesterone and, when appropriate, testosterone, with bioidentical options available. Medication and supplies ship to your home.
05 Adjustments over time.
Follow-up labs are drawn at 8 to 12 weeks, then about every 6 months unless your plan changes.
