02 Labs at LabCorp.
There are draw sites across Duval and St. Johns counties. Your women's panel is Summit's standard 52-marker panel, with cortisol in place of PSA: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin, cortisol and thyroid markers, along with metabolic, lipid, blood count, iron and vitamin markers. Free testosterone, fasting insulin or IGF-1 can be added on request.
03 An unhurried review.
A licensed provider walks you through every result at the Beach Blvd office or by telehealth, together with your symptoms and health history.
04 A plan that fits you.
If treatment makes sense, your provider builds an individualized plan that may include estrogen, progesterone and, when appropriate, testosterone, with bioidentical options available. Medication and supplies ship to your door.
05 Staying on track.
Follow-up labs are drawn at 8 to 12 weeks, then about every 6 months unless your plan changes.

Do you treat perimenopause, or only menopause?
Both. Summit's women's hormone therapy is for women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. Your provider looks at your symptoms and labs together to decide whether treatment fits.
Where do I get my labs done in Jacksonville?
Summit partners with LabCorp, which has draw sites across Duval and St. Johns counties. Our staff will help you choose a convenient location.
Do you take insurance?
No. Summit is cash pay. We accept HSA and FSA cards. Bloodwork and prescribed treatment are HSA/FSA eligible, and you get an itemized receipt every visit.
